Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data Socialibi holds about you and your connected accounts at any time. Choose whichever option suits you.

Option 1: Disconnect an account in Socialibi

1. Sign in at https://socialibi-web.vercel.app.
2. Open Accounts.
3. Choose Disconnect next to the Facebook Page or Instagram account. Its access token is deleted immediately and scheduled posts for it are returned to drafts.

Option 2: Remove Socialibi from Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Select Socialibi and choose Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook and Instagram data.

Option 3: Delete everything

Deleting your organization permanently erases its connected accounts, posts, uploaded images and brands. To delete your personal account details as well, or if you cannot access the app, email kuriaisac@gmail.com from your account address with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
